Thanks to the "bedpark Späti" – the name of our check-in terminal
on the doorstep – a late check-in after 6 p.m. is now possible. Also
longer waiting times at the reception can easily be avoided.
Check-in with reservation:
For the check-in at the "bedpark Späti" you only need your last
name or the name of the booker and your booking number. After the "bedpark Späti" has searched for your reservation, you’ll
be asked to complete the digital registration form. Please
note, that your room is not ready for the check-in before 2:30 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
Alternatively, you can check in online from 3 p.m. on, after the successfull online check-in you'll get a QR-code. You can scan this QR-code at the "Späti" and then you'll get your key cards.
Payment:
Payment at the “Späti” can only be made
by debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please do not remove your debit
or credit card until you got your key card. The payment process is completed
after the key card is issued. A personal payment is only possible during the check-in times from 3 to 6 p.m. at our reception (on monday until 7 p.m.).
Lost your key card?
In case of a key card loss, you need your booking number and your last name to get a new key card. With this details you can conveniently create a new key at the
"bedpark Späti". Just choose "Start now" on the start screen and type in your booking information. Then you can pick between creating a new card or a copy.
You have a parking space reservation?
You’ll find the parking ticket with associated code for our gate and your
parking number in your room. Please place this ticket highly visible in your car, so we can recognize that you’re a guest of our hotel. Spontaneous parking reservations after 6 p.m. are not possible.
Check-out time is until 11:00 a.m.
Ps. The bedpark
is a smoke-/ and pet-free hotel! Unfortunately the bringing of animals is
therefore not permitted!
