1. General terms and conditions
2. Reservations
3. Guaranteed reservations, cancellation deadlines/fees
A guaranteed booking after 6:00 PM is only valid for the guest if the guest guarantees payment on the day of arrival by making an advance payment to the hotel (with proof) or by providing a valid credit card – and the room is not canceled before 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. A free cancellation is possible until 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. This does not apply to bookings on event days in Hamburg. These can only be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this time, a cancellation fee of at least 90% of the total price will be charged (according to agreement). The same applies if the guest does not arrive.
For group reservations of three or more rooms, different rules regarding cancellation fees apply – these are agreed upon individually. This does not apply to early booking rates booked through our booking calendar (https://onepagebooking.com/bedstellingen). The cancellation conditions listed there apply.
A rebooking can be made after consultation and availability for a rebooking fee of €15.00 and €30.00 on event days. This applies exclusively to direct bookings at the hotel!
If the guest does not appear at the hotel by 6:00 PM for a standard booking through external booking portals (such as Booking.com or similar), the booking will be canceled without replacement, and the reserved rooms will be put up for sale. In the case of a guaranteed booking – where the guest guarantees payment by providing their credit card details – the hotel room reservation will be maintained for the guest even after 6:00 PM. Any cancellation options from external portals expire from the moment of check-in.
bedpark reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract at any time for good cause. Bedpark also reserves the right to cancel the booking without replacement due to maximum capacity being reached during Covid-19 times. In this case, no costs will be charged to the guest.

6. Usage of reserved rooms
If the guest locks himself out of his hotelroom or loses his room key card after the reception times, bedpark reserves the right to charge the guest an expense and service fee for an extra opening of at least € 50.00.
The same applies in case of contamination or damage to the interior decoration. In this case, the guest must expect an appropriate expense allowance for the disposal and new acquisition of the interior by the hotel. Any costs incurred will be charged to the guest.
The costs are to be paid on the same day directly to the hotel staff.
The re-sale, subletting or brokering of booked rooms is prohibited unless the guest and bedpark Hotel have expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The number of people staying in the hotel room provided must not exceed the number of people specified in the reservation. In the event of a culpable violation by the guest of the aforementioned provisions, bedpark is entitled to cancel or terminate the accommodation contract and to claim damages from the guest. It is not allowed to bring visitors to your room without informing the hotel about it. Infringement will cause extra costs.
The guest must observe the house rules posted during their stay in the hotel.
